Scheduled - A NextVoice Release is scheduled for Thursday 8 p.m. NZST and going until 10 p.m NZST

We are expecting no more than a 10 minute service interruption, this interruption will not likely be observable by most users.

Calling will not be affected during this time period.

This update is focused on Admin Web Portal and Softphone Custom tabs, this could potentially affect voicemail to email and agent auto logout features.
