Scheduled - A NextVoice Release is scheduled for tonight, Friday 11th July 8 p.m. NZST and going until 10 p.m NZST

We are expecting no more than a 10 minute service interruption, this interruption will not likley be observable by most users.

Calling will not be affected during this time period.

This update is focused on Admin Web Portal and Softphone Custom tabs, this could potentially affect voicemail to email and agent auto logout features.

Completed - Upgraded components are operating nominally.

Note: The new feature to enrich call history with directory contact telephone numbers did not deploy correctly and thus is not currently functional.
